New Incident Deafult Priority Setting Change to Low

In Helpdesk 6.0, how do I change the default priority for a new incident. By default it is Medium, I want to change this to Low.

In HD 6x, Open the Worker console with Admin rights and go to ADMIN -> Lookups and select Priority, then click the pencil to Edit.

 

At the top of the list there is a dropdown you can use to select the default priority. You can set the defaults for pretty much all the lookups that way.

Dude, you are the man. I looked right at that setting yesterday and paid no attentoin to the drop down box. Thanks for steering me back to the right spot.
