  • 1.  New License file wont register

    when I try to register the new license I get this error:

    Cannot register the specified license file.
    Unable to complete registration with Symantec. You may have specified an invalid license file. Please specify a valid license file. No more information

     

    any info would be very helpful

    I sent the info to the license group this morning and had the two liscense we have combined to one, still no luck

    Please do not share License Serial number on public forum. I have removed the screen-shot & will suggest to brush confidential information.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem this morning with the renewal license.
    I have this error: Unable to Install License, "You may have specified an invalid license file. Please specify a valid license file.

    telnet on port 443 to register.brighmatil.com works

    I solved with technical Support.I Just had to wait for the effetive expiration of the old license. Thank for the yours support
