New Organization groups - computers by locations (subnet)

This issue has been solved. See solution.

currently, all our software delivery policies are based on filters. I am now looking at setting up a new organisational view ( computers by locations) with OG (specific subnet per group). I know that I can use the automation policy "Assign computers discovered in the last day to OG" to automatically populate my new OV

1. (It might be obvious but I would like to confirm if I am on the right track). I have several OG so for each OG would I have have to create a seperate automation policy?

2. For the Data Source (of the automation policy) I am thinking to use either report or raw SQL. Which one is better to use?

3. For the Condition part (Evaluation rule), what do the two options mean and which should I use? (option #1:run for non-empty data, opt#2 run for each record)

Thank you in advance for your assistance

regarding my question above, anyone know of documentation that i can look up to help me set up this automation policy?

1.  Yes.  Well, you can have multiple rules associated to an OG but not one rule associated to many OGs.

2.  It's preference.  I learned with raw SQL so I've done all of mine that way.

3.  I'm not sure the difference but I set all of mine up to run for each record.

I've attached a screen shot.  All of my automation policies for OGs are for adding computers from a specific AD OU to a particular OG.

I thought it would be good to add my SQL query.  In this case it looks to see what AD OU the computer is reporting that it's in.  If like "Citrix" then it gets put in this OG.
