If you're running SEP 12.1, create a new ADC policy. There is already a default rule to make a USB drive read-only. You just need to enable it first.

Hi,
As Brian mentioned the default template is already available for SEP 12.1 version. You should enable it for the clients to set the USB in read only mode.

Than you can look at the policy and just copy straight from it for what you need to create one in 11.x
