    Hello,

Well.. Incase, there are any new Spyware Outbreaks.. I would recommend you to simply work on the Following Steps:

    • Best practices for troubleshooting viruses on a network

              http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH122466

    • Using Symantec Support Tool, how do we Collect the Suspicious Files and Submit the same to Symantec Security Response Team.

I am sure this may help everyone!!!

You can install the Symantec Threatcon Widget on your website. This tool provides you and your website visitors with up-to-the-minute information on the latest Internet security threats, risks, and vulnerabilities.

I run mine on on an internal webserver at work.

You can also install the Symantec Threat moinitor screensaver - http://www.symantec.com/business/theme.jsp?themeid=deepsight-screensaver

    Cheers,

    Thomas

The thread... it does not seem a request for help or for an opinion... it seems advertisement... isn't it?

Just in case the person is new at the forums. And just trying to say hello. And wanting to learn about the technology and malwares in general. And hoping to be able to contribute to the Symantec community. And maybe, english is not the primary language of the user. :D

Otherwise, this thread is going nowhere.
