    What happened??

    1. I used to be able to stop a synch with two clicks, now its navigating multi menus to turn off sync.  I do not want synchs while at my desk, but do when I leave the work area, many times a day. I will turn sync on when leaving, turn it off when working. Now it is a convoluted set of commands to turn it off.

    2. How do I turn off these big letters that are taking up valuable real estate on the inbox? I don't care if it's a B or a K. I need to turn that off so I can read my email.

    3. Swipe to delete is now two steps. When you get 000's of emails a day, this adds up. How can I get the old functionality back?

This was not broken, now it is.

    Hi,

We've passed this on to the UX team, thanks for the feedback.

Agreed! Deleting multiple emails is now a pain (no more right side multi-select?), and the waste of screen space are enough to make me look elsewhere & I've stopped recommending this app to others.

I agree completely. The loss of swipe to delete (one motion) and the silly circles that take away the ability to see as many emails as in the previous version are deal killers for me. When I cannot continue to use the old Touchdown HD, I will look for another app unless these are changed...

    Hi,

Swipe to delete has been added, and we are currently reviewing reducing the real estate on the mail list.

That's great Peter, that's good news.. now I am hopeful re the circles:)   (a point on those.. they are generally useless because on many enterprise systems like ours, the last name/first name arrangement is reversed between internal and external contacts. So John Smith, an internal contact, shows "J", but John Smith, an external contact, shows "S". Therefore the initial in the circle not ony uses up valuable real estate, but is completely useless as it represents nothing useful...

    Hi,

Thanks for clarifying that use case- the circles are also used for contact icons, which is why they were the size they were.
