Good night. Sometimes I've been struggling with a problem with what I believe is a new virus. When I put an infected pen in an health PC, it comes up with some shortcuts to folders Music, Pictures, Videos, a shortcut to a txt file, whose name is Password. Symantec (inclusive the new version 11.0.5), detect it as biecei.exe (or any other name), but does not remove it, nor the quarantines. What to do?? HEEELLPPPP

Open My Computer right click on your Pen Drive and scan it.

It seems to be a Worm, make sure the SEP client has the latest definitions else update it and then as Vikram had suggested right click on the pen drive and run a scan.

Upload it to Symantec, if its a new varient it will be helpful to others.

You need a contact ID, if you still have a valid contract you can contact Symantec to get your ID

Running a full scan is fine, if you are facing trouble and need a quick fix and If there is no other data on your USB drive which you need then format it and create a folder named Autorun.inf.

Disable the autorun on your system.

In my opinion it is better to disable autorun feature as kavin suggested. You can refer below doc for that

How to prevent a virus from spreading using the "AutoRun" feature

You may have to do a scan with latest update(you can use rapidrelease update) for removing the existing virus..
