Hi all,

IHAPartner with following query:

Our customer is looking to implement Asset management and help desk solution in their distributed facilities within Jordan and Iraq. The solution must include Remote Desktop and the ability for the administrator to monitor the users activities in stealth mode if I may say. Please note that the network is a bit complex and has several separated domains in several locations; so the solution must support hierarchical structure from HQ to branches.

Please advice if Altiris Total Management Solution will satisfy their requirements and the scoping and licensing of such solution.

*********************************************

Sadly wether on the datasheet nor the online data these questions were not answered.

Thank you in advance for your kind cooperation

ciao a.

Hello,

The exportation or re-exportation of Symantec products and/or services to the following countries is strictly prohibited: Cuba, Iraq, Libya, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria.

End User Restrictions. Shipment of products and delivery of services to certain individuals, organizations, or institutions that have violated export laws is prohibited. Due to U.S. and various local governments concern over the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction the sale or distribution of Symantec products or services must receive prior approval if sold or given to certain organizations in certain countries. Prior to shipment of product or delivery of service to customers you must ensure the potential customer is not on a U.S. Government Restricted Party List (RPL). Please contact Trade Compliance if you have a concern with the potential customer.

Product Restrictions. The U.S. Department of Commerce maintains a Control List which identifies all items (commodities, software, and technical data) subject to export control. The level of control and whether an export license is required is based upon the technology and functions of the product. Additional information regarding the license authority of products and services, with the associated restriction, may be directed to the Trade Compliance Department.
