The exportation or re-exportation of Symantec products and/or services to the following countries is strictly prohibited: Cuba, Iraq, Libya, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria.



End User Restrictions. Shipment of products and delivery of services to certain individuals, organizations, or institutions that have violated export laws is prohibited. Due to U.S. and various local governments concern over the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction the sale or distribution of Symantec products or services must receive prior approval if sold or given to certain organizations in certain countries. Prior to shipment of product or delivery of service to customers you must ensure the potential customer is not on a U.S. Government Restricted Party List (RPL). Please contact Trade Compliance if you have a concern with the potential customer.



Product Restrictions. The U.S. Department of Commerce maintains a Control List which identifies all items (commodities, software, and technical data) subject to export control. The level of control and whether an export license is required is based upon the technology and functions of the product.
