Newly entered KB going to archive
We are using helpdesk 6.0. We have had an issue ongoing for a month or two and we use to be able to reboot the server and this issue would go away. We have a knowledge base library that is setup for our call center. They enter KB to share knowledge with there co workers on know issues or solutions. The problem that we are haveing are that newly entered or when an existing KB is edited you are not able to search it in the simple search or by title. You use seartch kb properties options and it is found.
I went on to the server and I noticed all of the articles in quetion are getting an A attribute next to them in the windows folders. I go into the articel propertites and turn off the archive and they are still not searchable. Like I said in the past a server reboot would take care of this issue but not appears not to help.
