newly facing client problem

    hi

    i am newly joined in forum. i am working in technical departmant and right now i am focusing on symantec and found that a lot of clients are corrupt.

    Different error are generated while start the service.

    so advice me the solution on client problem.

    Hello,

    Since you are new, it is very important to understand the issue first and in which Enviornment you are facing this issue.

    Could you let us know what version of SEP are you carrying on these client machines?

    What OS is installed on these machines?

    Also, please specify what Errors are you receiving? Probably attaching a Screeshot would be a good idea.

    Failed to start the Symantec Management Client service.

    The Symantec Management Client service on Local Computer started and then stopped.

    These error code came.

    I have tried the attach links doc some systems getting work fine

    I have not seen that particlar error in years.

    What version of SEP are you running, and on what OS ( If not mistaken, that is Windows 7)?

    Again, could you please check if that is Windows 7 SP1?

    If yes, then make sure you are carrying the Latest version of SEP 11.0.7101 on the machine.
