This issue has been solved. See solution.
We have some newly install system with windows 8 in network. Now we will be depolying the package from Server will it be install fine or it will be some compatability issue?

What's your current sep version ?
SEP 12.1 RU2 are supported Windows 8 and windows 2012
SEP 12.1 RU2 is the earliest supported build which is compatable with Windows 8 and Server 2012.

Your SEP version is SEP 12.1 RU1 it's not supported Windows 8.You can upgrade SEP 12.1 RU2.
SEP 12.1 RU2 are supported Windows 8 and windows 2012

Recently we have upgrade in above mention version so not possible to migrate again. We have only approx 10 systems. So any other solution for the sep installation and applying current policies?

You can use Your SEPM 12.1 Licence key and download Latest 12.1 RU2 Client (Unamanged Client ) on Fileconnect and replace the sylink.xml and you can be manage SEP 12.1 RU2 Client on your SEPM version.

You can download the latest SEP client version from file connect and install on all Windows8 systems.
After that replace the sylink file with current server to manage client by server.

Dont upgrade SEPM to 12 Ru2...Only upgrade client to latest one.
You need to add 12 RU2 package on SEPM...then use auto upgeade feature of SEPM for upgradation.
