As part of our goal to provide process automation across the suites, and in order to make owning and using automated processes easier on our customers, as of Symantec Management Platform SP5 (Q3 this year) Workflow functionality will be included with the Symantec Management Platform for customers current on their annual maintenance agreements for their Symantec Products.
After SP5 ships you should be able to update your SMP install via the Symantec Installation Manager and get the latest version of Workflow which will include all functionality including the generators and all workflow portal functionality.
The next major release of Workflow is currently slated for sometime later in Q4 this year and will include some enterprise management functionality, the ability to check projects in and out to control changes to projects and allow multiple designers to access them.
