Endpoint Protection

When i try to visit my own website i am blocked. I am using endpoint protection v.11.0.4000.2295 which is detecting a nine ball mass injection. is it possible my site is not infected and somehow triggering the detection? I have replaced the file of the page that triggers the block (the main page) but that hasnt changed the behavior any.
If the site is infected how do confirm that and how do i go about cleaning it?

ok now ive tried moving all the files that make the site up one by one to another site on the same service and they work there so the files are not infected. what could the problem be? why is endpoint protection detecting nine ball from any files i put up on just the one site?
