    Hello,

    I am testing the streaming solution. I have in install a standalone server with localdb and local user.
    I have publish  the package and create groupe and user. I have affect some package to group.

    My porblem is when I log in the portal with a local user I don't see the application affected to the user !

    Where I have the problem ?

    On the agent no application is displayed on the tab "My application".

    If I start the full lin k to the application with the client it work and after the application is listed in the agent. But allways nothing in the portal.

    Can you help me ?

    Hi,

    First of all, please let us know what browser you used for launch portal?  Also, is there any message like:

    “You have no applications available for this operating system. Please check back later”?.

    If yes, then ensure that OS is supported by the package you provisioned to the user.   The other possible causes are :

    1. The Launch server is not recognizing the operating system as one that is supported by this application.
    2. The client computer may be passing through some program, (antivirus, firewall, anti-spyware, etc.) that is altering the client user-agent which identifies the client operating system to the launch server, causing it to appear as an unsupported OS.

    If that's the case please let us know your contact details so that we can work on this over phone.

    I have found the problem but I don't understand why !

    The server is in english and my station is in French and the portal don't work

    I have install a new workstation with MUI operating system, if the laguage is in englsih I can list the application and if I change to french the application is not displayed !

    SWS don't support french operating system ?

    Can you tell us which version of workspace streaming you are using? If you are using 6.1 SP4, there should be a MUI version available for download on request. Please contact support to find out where to get it from.
