NO Button is grayed Out
Created: 24 Apr 2012 | 3 comments
Hi,
I've a curious phenomenon.
I use pcAnywhere 12.6 for remotesession. The User musst Accept the access within 30seconds.
An user told me, that the "No" Button for disallow access is grayed out.
For sure, in all my test with win7 and winxp clients have the same problem.
Does anyone know this issue??
Have a look to the Attached picture.
Thanks for your Help.
Best regards

The expected behavior of a super user is to connect after time out. That is what is so Super about being a Super user. If you don't want the auto connect after time out then change that user or group to be a standard user.
Cheers

No,
I'm using "NT" as Authentication type. And the local Administrators are "StandardUser".
But I will test it with Domain users.
Hi,
If I use the default policy for pcAnywhere within "Authentication" "NT" and the local Admins are allowed, than the user couldn't click the "NO" button.
If I change the "Authentication" to "Active Directory", all works fine.
Thanks..
Best Regards
