no connection

i have one system where pcanywhere not getting connect.

when trying to connect the screen where ip enter is getting hide.

when i tried to connect the same system from other system, it shown user name password invalid

OS- Window7

pcanywhere -12.6

Check these ports 5631 and 5632 are open.
