  • 1.  No data in software execution report

    Hello all,

    I did a deployment through Managed delivery policy, after a day of deployment i cannot see any data in software execution report regarding to that deployment.

    I checked the target collection as well as date and time of deployment, everything is perfect.

    The client systems have received the application as well as they are updated.

    Can anyone help me with the troubleshooting for this case?

    If you go in to the resource manager of a client where you know the policy has run do you see any data there?

    If this table is empty you have to double check your Global Agent Settings. Aex SWD Execution must be checked that the client reports this data.

    Hello Stefan,

    Thanks for the response.

    The problem was with events which NS was unable to process because the queue was full.

    I followed article www.symantec.com/docs/TECH183347 and it helped.

    Sounds familiar. I had this issue too and did some adjustments like suggested in the article. However, the best effect we got when our DBAs move the tempdb to faster disks. Since then we had never an issue again with full queues....
