  • 1.  No DATE in VIRUS LOGS

    Hi,
I just noticed that in some logs on the SEP clients (re.11.0) there is no date displayed, but only the time when an event occurs. This is quite frustrating because when going through the logs you can't track down exactly when things occurred, especially when there is a prolonged period of inactivity. Is it a known bug ? Is there some configuration to be done? It seems very strange to me! Am I infected?!?
    Thanks for any help.  Joe

Please let us know the version of endpoint installed in your enviornment. The OS installed on the machines in question and as Aniket rightly said the screenshot of the logs in which the date is missing

I have seen this as well in the Application and Device Control log. To reproduce the behavior:

    1. Open up the A&DC log.
    2. You will see both the date and time in the Time field.
    3. Wait for the log to refresh.
    4. Only the time is now displayed in the Time field.
