Hi bansal_r,

SEP 11 RU6 is quite old- I recommend upgrading your environemnt to SEP 11 RU7 MP3 or (better yet) to SEP 12.1 RU3.

  • How are the SEP clients configured to receive their updates?  From the SEPM?  Thorugh a GUP?  By LiveUpdate?
  • If they are configureed to retrieve from teh SEPM, is the SEPM up-to-date?
  • What are in the logs of the affected clients?

Many thanks,

Mick

With thanks and best regards,

Mick

I am agree with Mick. You are using too old version. You can upgrade your version.

The clients which are not updating are of Remote location or Local Site?
