  • 1.  No Files in Clinet Install

    Hello

    We are runing Symantec AV 10.1.8 and for some reason we don't have any install files in the \VPHOME\CLT-INST\WIN32 folder.

    This obviously means we can't push out AV clients from the console.

    Anyone any idea how to resinstall these files? or were you get them from?

    backup certificate and grc.dat and try reinstalling SAV server.

    Is there no other way apart from reinstalling the entire server?

     try dumping the files from Cd1\SAV directory to 

    C:\Program Files\SAV\Clt-Inst\Win32\   <--Directory

    only replace the grc.dat file with thegrc.dat of the server...
