No Information on troubleshooting window

There is no Information on troubleshooting window. I know upgrade may solve the problem... but i want to find out the cause..
The problem is with the clients in one group only(All are servers).

It happened to me before to me, might be issue with 64 bit installation
As in SAV, Tamper Protection wont work on 64 bit, this might be similar.
