No lanza video despues de instalar SEP 12.1

En algunas laptops lenovo series W510 y T420 de 64 bits, despues de un reinicio, ya no lanza video, tengo que entrar en "safe mode" y despues de varios intentos, solo puedo entrar en "last know good configuration" pero el symatec esta corrupto y marca el siguiente error "SymCorpUIres.dll could not found"
Hay alguna solucion para esto? De antemano, muchas gracias.

Go to add/remove programs select the SEP program and do a repair.
The particular file is missing or corrupt .

Qué versión de Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 se ejecuta?
Es ésta problema se produce sólo en la máquina cliente 1 o un número de máquinas?

La version qu se ejecuta es 12.1.1000.157 RU1
Y el problema me esta pasando en laptops lenovo con Windows 7 de 64 bits

Permiso Control total para el administrador y el sistema de HKLM \ Software colmena \ Symantec.
Ejecute la instalación del cliente de Symantec Endpoint Protection para la misma versión del CD de instalación de Symantec Endpoint Protection, o el archivo de instalación descargado desde el sitio FileConnect.
¿Existe alguna versión anterior instalada septiembre? Se trata de una actualización?

Está ejecutando la versión anterior de Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.1000.157.
Quisiera solicitar el manual de desinstalar la versión anterior y recién instalar Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.RU1 MP1 en el equipo cliente.
También puede migrar de Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager a la versión más reciente de 12/01/1101 (RU1 MP1), marque este artículo a continuación:
