    Hello,

I am using Citrix WORX Home through my company and TouchDown is installed automatically with that. On my Galaxy S4, the menu button was at the bottom of the phone. However, my S6 edge+ changed the function of the button and I cannot access the menu. Is the app going to be updated to add the three dot icon which other apps use for the menu?

I am using TouchDown version 7.3.00052 for Android. Since it is downloaded automatically, I do not have a license key.

    Thanks,
    Amy

That is a really old version of Touchdown.  The current version 8.5.something, has the equivalent of the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen.

Oops, and per another post, if you hold down the multitasking button, you should also get the menu.  Whether or not you can with the version you are using, I'm not sure....also, you should be using the "Tablet" version of Touchdown, not the Smartphone version.

As TriangleRocks stated there is a version that has the three dots, this appears to only be in the tablet version of Touchdown from looking at the pictures in the Google Play store.

I found two other options in my research that worked for users at my location.

The first and simplest which people reported working for some apps, but not conclusively for Touchdown, was long holding the back button.

For these older apps that you are unable to access the in app menu. You can enable a soft menu button by doing the following: Settings>Accessibility>Dexterity and Interaction>Assistant Menu

This will give you a set of soft buttons, one of which is "More Options" or Menu essentially.
