I believe you are talking about CleanWipe which is used for Symantec Antivirus / Symantec Endpoint Protection Products.
NoNAv Tool is used for Norton related Products.
To get that Cleanwipe Utility, you will have to call symantec or log a web case.
Once you have the Case Created, simply PM me your Case number and I would do the needful.
