No password for network scan

Hi,
Som of my clients do not get up the gui scan proccess, when the right click on a network folder or the local drive.
The scan runs but the user do not see scan proccess gui?

Do you have " Scan files on
Do you have " Scan files on Network Drives Enabled"
It is a setting in the Antivirus and AntiSpyware Policy -- File System Auto-Protect.
VMWARE-- SEP 12.1 vs McAfee vs Trend Micro
Make sure your policy for
Make sure your policy for these systems is set to "Show Scan progress".
