No SoftPaqs listed to deploy

Having run a Health Scan on a number of machines, 10 SoftPaqs were detected as required. I downloaded these SoftPaqs and then loaded the SoftPaq Wizard, but no SoftPaqs were displayed for deployment. Cancelling the wizard I verified that the SoftPaqs were in the file store location and ran a SoftPaq import. I could see the CVA files being generated but when I ran the SoftPaq Wizard again I still couldn't see any SoftPaqs to be deployed.

I'm running HPCM w/ SP1 and KB46262 on a Windows 2003 Std SP2 server.

Now that I've setup the proxy

Now that I've setup the proxy settings and downloaded one additional softpaq I can now see two softpaqs for deployment, why can't I see the rest of them. Checking the file store they're still listed there, along with CVA files. Doing another file import doesn't bring them onto the list either.

It appears that one one of

It appears that one one of the number of machines managed by the server is correctly registered and showing up in the Summary of HP Computers graph, etc. The others are registering with the server and receiving tasks, but they're not listed for SoftPaq deployment nor in the HP Computers summary, despite both inventory and health scan tasks having successfully completed.
