Endpoint Protection

Hello All,

     I have few Clients in my Enviroment shows " No Status Reporting"   but the client is Online with Green Dot

     Tried to shift the Client new group and update the content but still the same Issue

     Any Suggestion and ideas

Force it to check in again and that should correctly display

Delete the client from SEPM and update the policy, see if that comes up with new status

    Still the Issue continue's in my Environment I have tried moving clients to New group

    No Luck

   Only thing it works when completely Uninstall and Reinstall the Software

   Please suggest if any documents available

     Yes Tried but didn't work -out the only thing which works is Upgrading to SEP 12

    I have this Issue in 11.0.5 and 11.0.7

Hi gerald. Try the below steps

Delete the SEP client from SEPM

Stop the SEPM Service

Clear the %SEPM_Install_Path%\data\inbox\AgentInfo folder 

Start the SEPM Service & wait for 1 heatbeat interval 

If the SEP Client reports back with proper details fine, if not please go ahead and re-install the SEP client on the machine
