Hi,

Please run cleanwipe and then removed from registry file also and then reboot the system twice.

After that if issue is not getting solved then try to install other system, may be this system having some virus infection.

And i would sugesst you to upgrade it with latest version of sep.

Thank& Regards,

Ambesh

Hello,

Check these Articles:

Symantec Endpoint Protection reports "No Symantec Protection technologies are Installed"

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH93564

Clients show "No Symantec protection technologies are installed" after migrating the SEPM from 11.x to 12.1

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH164677

Symantec Endpoint Protection reports "No Symantec Protection technologies are Installed" with a specific account from Active Directory

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH96475

Hope that helps!!

What happens if you try to repair the client (Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs -> Select SEP -> Change) - are you able to add here the missing features?

Then it seems like the features are installed only SEP is not showing them - have you checked already the article provided above: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH93564 - and look up regarding the possible permission issues?

- Do you have maybe Ccleaner software running on this machine? - I remember there were some problems reported with this software - that was starting with computer start and trying to block or remove some of the SEP files.

- Any chance you could install SEP 12.1 on this machine and check if it reproduces the same behaviour?

- Another possibility - corrupted installation package - have you been using the same installation package (from SEPM) for the SEP installation on this machine? If yes try to export a new package from SEPM and do a new install using it.

- do you find any errors in the Eventviewer when system starts that may be related? (like example:

http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag...)
