  • 1.  No Systray Shield Icon in Vista Ultimate

    I am running Symantec AV 10.2 unmanaged on Vista Ultimate. I cannot get the System Tray Shield icon to come on and stay ... I see it pop on then off. Is there a way to get it to stay?

    Have u configured Symantec Administrative option?????
    Check the option show icon in system trey.

    Here is a article troubleshooting this very issue. This article is meant for the corporate edition, but you might be able to try its suggestions even if  you are not running corporate.
