  • 1.  No traffic logs

    Hi,

    I have installed managed SEP on a server and it is connected by Internet to the Manager server.

    The problem is that the traffic log is empty. I made so all rules got loged to the traffic log but it is still empty.

    I only see packets on packet log, but need to refresh it (on client) some times so it can be viewed.

    Please note that I'm watching logs from the client. There is also no logs on the manged server interface.

    I am sure you have configured the firewall rules to look like this for all the rules:

    Also, make sure that the SEP client has received the latest policy & it is on the latest version RU5.

    Is the traffic log allowed to grow to a sufficient size?

    Hi,

    You can control the log size from Clients->Policies->Client Log Settings.
