No VERITAS Update Client

I have BE 10 trying to run veritas updates and recieve this error: No VERITAS Update Client
The VERITAS Update client was not found on your machine. To enable VERITAS Update functionality, please install the VERITAS Update client. See VERITAS Support for more information.
http://support.veritas.com/docs/275588 followed this link but cannot find the given file location to run the setup.exe. I did verify that it is install in Add/remove.

The Tech Note just says to make sure that IE is your default browser
Are you using IE and Still have this problem?
