NOM 6.5 loosing connection to Master Server

We just upgraded to 6.5 from 6.0 MP5.
The NOM box is on a seperate server and first off, it does seem the web interface runs faster, however every morning the NOM box has indicated that the master server is offline or partially offline, when the master server is completly fine. I restart the NOM service and it starts communicating. I've had this similar problem with version 6.0, however it was not doing it every morning, only about once a month or so.
Anyone have any ideas what I can look for? I have seen no errors in the event logs, and nothing recent in any of the veritas logs, however I might be missing where I need to look.

New NOM 6.5 install. Master says partialy online , looking at the details shows the same FT Monitor off. I checked back and did see it Connected and the master fully online. Operations Manual just list FT Monitor no clue what it is. How do i ignore, or fix the issue if its something fixable.

My current guess is FT is fault tolerant. So being that we dont have our master in FT mode. Maybe in the future but not now. I'd like to ignore this alert. Dont see a way at the moment.
