HI All,
We have recently installed / configured a NOm Server in windows 32 bit system.. everything works perfectly but..after a while it stops collecting data as a result we
are not able to generate any reports..master server shows partially online.. and status shows collecting data.. but not going any further from last 3 days..any idea?
what are the versions
what are the versions of master server, NOM and underlying client on the NOM server?
if these versions not match you can face "partially online" and other bugs
yes, Nom version was not
yes, Nom version was not matching to master server version(6.5.4) After upgrading NOM..everything seems to be perfect
only issue is some time while sending reports through mails..it fails saying error while sending report.please contact administrator..are there any log files for NOM..through which reason of failrue can be known
