None of the Utility jobs are running

HI
I recently did a Windows Update and after which none of my Utility jobs are running however the backup jobs are running successfully and idea on why it is happenning , No event log was found

Do they (utility jobs) fail with any error? or they just sit there in queued state?
Can you attempt to Paus and Unpause the server from Devices tab?
