    Getting error message Failed to connect for the following reason. User did not acknowledge banner uins SEP 12 works ok with SEP 11. What do I need to do to get Nortel to work with SEP 12

    Are you running the firewall?

    Yes I can disable it and it does work then.

    I thought so, Check your traffic log at the time of the block. You will need to add an allow rule for it to work.
