Norton 360

After tryin to perfom a live update to the Norton 360, I received an error saying, "Norton Activity Map Data" status failed to update.
I'm not sure if this is a result of the virus tick on my computer. (When moving around on the computer with the mouse, the pointer jumps to another area on the screen)

Try rebooting and running LiveUpdate again. In the future, please post Norton issues in the Norton Community. This forum is for Entrerprise product support.
