Hi there

Norton is displaying my website as safe but some customers are getting a warning from norton saying that the website has web toolkit on it. We asked our server admin to scan the server and couldnot find anything. But on and off we get calls from customers that they get alert from norton saying that the site is not safe and has some kind of viruses installed on it.I dont know whom to contact and how to straighten it out.Please help

Have you installed Norton SafeWeb Lite on all the machines??

Have you installed SEP on your Webservers?

Would it be Possible for you to check your Web servers from which you have Lauched the Website to be scannned??

Possibly, one of your webserver may have a Threat.

Also, possibly that would answer your Question!!!

Issue resolved by Neela. There was an Iframe Injection on some of the webpages. The customer has removed the Iframe code.
