Ghost Solution Suite

norton ghost 14.0 : can create custom recovery disk but the disk cannot boot.
For detail, when i tested the just finished created custom recovery disk,
after showing the screen of " Windows is loading files.... "and showing the light of Microsoft co. for a while, the screen turned black or flashed linear lines of green/blue color. what should I do? I tried so many times, many disks, many times of reinstalled windows XP sp2, also sp3. No daemon tools.
I have 3 HDD. They are 2 IDE and 1SATA HDD. windows is in IDE partitioned HDD. Can it be due to different type of HDD?

This forum is for users of Symantec or "real" Ghost. Norton Ghost (consumer) is a backup product line based on Backup Exec system recovery. You have much better chance of getting your question answered on that forum.
