I could use a little direction on creating a successful image of a hard drive with bad sectors.

    Server detail:
    - IBM xSeries with Windows 2003
    - Two hard drives
    - HDD size = 73.4 GB
    - HDD 0 is the one with the bad sectors.  It has two partitions.

    Here is what happened today.
    - Used a Norton Ghost 2003 network boot disk to boot the server.
    - Started ghost.exe with the following switches -split=670 -auto -z9 -pwd -FRO.
    - Created an image.
    - Swapped out the hard drive with the replacement.
    - Used the network boot disk to boot the server again.
    - Started ghost.exe with no switches.
    - Used the image I created for the new hard drive.

All was going ok until the last 30 seconds, then the program errored.  This is the header information from the Ghosterr.txt file. Full text attached.

The original HDD for this server has 2 partitions and bad sectors.  Originally, I created an image of the disk using the -FRO switch to ignore media errors. When I restored the image to the new HDD, the restore failed in the last 30 seconds.

So now, I tried again by creating images of both partitions instead of creating an image of the disk.  Then installed the new drive in the server and used the Windows 2003 Server disk to create partitions and format the partitions to NTFS.  I was successful in restoring the primary partition, but when I chose the image for the second partition and tried to choose the other partition on the disk, the ghost program shows the partition greyed out.

I have tried different switches. I have moved some data off the original drive in case there was too much data and created a new image of that partition.

Still the second partition on the disk is greyed out.

Operating system and software details in the first post.
