We develop an application for windows which according to our customers isn't liked by Norton Internet Security, which treats it as a threat and deletes it as soon as it's downloaded.
Can someone advise me what the produce is for having our application reviewed, or if there's someone we can speak to about resolving it.
Our application is also digitally code signed which we assumed would help in matters of untrusted applications.
Any advice on this would be great.
