Hi there I'm a desktop support specialist having difficulty with Norton Power Eraser, error code 0x80041007,n44,n66 I use norton and malwarebytes anti-malware. I usually get a virus once or so a year but I've never had an error running Power Eraser. I've restarted multiple times, installed WIN & SYM updates, I recently found a trojan on my laptop that Norton says was resolved but it keeps finding it every few hours. ASUS N550JX-DS74T it's about 2 months old. Thanks guys.
