This issue has been solved. See solution.

With regard to the "Norton Secured" seal transition this month, does anyone know if the new seal will use an image with transparency, similar to the current seal?  We are using the flash animated version and the only sample image I've seen so far appears to contain a grey background.  We need to ensure our existing background doesn't clash w/ the color change.  TIA, Brandon

Hi Brandon,

Depending on your seal script implementation, the Norton Secured Seal will have a transparent background. However, the "pill shape" will have a white fill.

For troubleshooting tips, visit, My Seal Did Not Display, or contact our support team at support@verisign.com or 1-877-438-8776 or 1-650-426-3400.

Thanks,

Allen
