All clients in single group Mycompany. All client can access local websites through IE, but only one pc not able to access local websites.

    but now i got solution.

Before SEP installation IE6 was there but after  SEP installation user installed IE 6 SP1.
    after that this problem happend.

Today i uninstalled SEP. And again installed SEP without changing any package/polices.

Now PC can access local websites.

I think IE6 SP1 must be install before SEP installation.
user telling- so i need every time to uninstall  SEP for any upgradation.

No, There is no  need to uninstall SEP for any upgradation.there would have something else that would have  caused  the issue

Its not doing anything it was doing what you have told it to do..
You would have set a policy to ASK for application traffic.
So since IE would have upgraded the patch so it was asking you whether you won't to allow this updated iexplore.exe..
You might have clicked no..so it was blocking everything..
IF you would have gone to view application settings and allowed iexplore.exe it would have workied.

Re-installing the Application for this is too much to do...

Hi, have you created an application and device control policy to block an application?

what is the version of your SEP? try to disable the ntp then try to login to your intranet.

Did You set a proxy on your Internet browser?

No any poilcy applied to block internet explorer, another connected to same group. SEP MR4 MP2, no any proxy settings configured.
