    Hello,

    We are using sep 11.06,I'm not able to give full symantec scan,it is showing error message.

    error is :server is busy:this action is not completed because other program is busy.choose swith to activate the busy program and correct the problem.

    thats an old version, install that latest 11.0.7 or do a uninstall /reinstall

    You are running to old version, my suggestion is to upgrade the SEPM in 12.x

    12.1 RU4 MP1a is latest and you have to direct upgrade.

    Reboot the machine and try again
