Hello everyone , Version of SEPM is 12.1 . I am unable to login into SEPM console when I try to login it gives the following errors.

" Make sure that the server is running and your session has not timed out.
If you can reach the server but cannot log on, make sure that you provided the correct parameters.
If you are experiencing network issues, contact your system administrator."

" "Failed to connect to server. Make sure that the server is running and your session has not timed out."

What logs should I look into fix this problem . Your help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

SEPM is on Server 2003 OS . DB is on SQL 2000 diffrent computer. All SEPM services showing as started
