Not able to login to webconsole.

  • 1.  Not able to login to webconsole.

    HI ..

    We are trying to install Symatec Protection Engine  .SYMCScan-7.5.3.5-1.i386, we are not able to open the Web console.

    We have tried multiple times of uninstall and install , Different Ports, Password Reset.

    Even Client Desktop has java 7 still no  luck.

    This affecting my testing. Please help.

    We tried in two different system also,

    our system is Linux  6.7

    Java we are using is java1.7 32 bit
