Not able to see any report and logs on the console. no of computers also no showing in home page.

Please check the permission

Please check the permission on the IIS & Symantec endpoint protection manager folder.

What is the Heartbeat set in

What is the Heartbeat set in the SEPM???? Is ur Reporting(IIS) permission fine configured??

Check the permission on the data folder under SEPM folder

Hi,

You can also check the permission on the <Install drive>:\Program files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint protection manager\data folder. If the permission are not default in that condition you might face this problem.

Also let us know more details about the issue which you are facing.

Below are the possibilites.

  1. The logs sent by clients are not being processed by the manager.
  2. There is some issue with reporting which might be related to the database.
