hi,

I have taken a backup of exchange server mail box having a capacity of 550 GB . when i am trying to restore only one mail from one storage box of backup ( which is nearly 10kb) , i am getting message " insufficient space available".  my C: drive is having 16 GB space available but still getting this message after copying log files upto 5 GB in TEMP folder.

Can somebody told me in GRT backup is it neccassary to have 550 GB in Temp folder to retrieve only 10 KB mail
