    Hello,

Could you please let us know - which setup are you trying to run on the SEPM server??

    Secondly, check these articles:

SEPM 12.1 RU1 Small Business Edition won't upgrade to 12.1.1 MP1 saying you are not allowed to downgrade from Enterprise Edition.

    1. Disable Tamper Protection for the Symantec Endpoint Protection client on the management server.
    2. Change the ProductType string value from "sepe" to "sepsb", without quotes, in the following key:

    32-bit
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\SEPM

    64-bit
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\SEPM

    1. Re-enable tamper protection.
    2. Re-run the setup.exe for 12.1.1 MP1.
    3.
