Not able to view my content offline

Hello there,

I am managing few devices through the symantec app center. I have some issues, like i am not able to view the downloaded content on the device, Ipad when offline. I have enabled the view content offline and authenticated content view offline. But still not been able to view my content on the ios device. It is requesting for access to internet. When downloading the content it says the content is downloaded and can be viewed offline, but when the wifi is turned off, and when tried to view the content on device, it is requesting access to internet.

Please all the your suggestions would be of great help.

Hello Anoop,

When logging into the App Center App (ACA) on the device, you can either authenticate to the server, or authenticate in offline mode. In order to use the ACA in offline mode, a PIN must first be created. Log into the ACA on the device, choose: Account (upper right-hand corner) > "Set Offline PIN". Once you have set your offline PIN, log out of the ACA, and at the initial login screen choose "Offiline". Enter your PIN to authenticate, and choose: Content > "My Content". The appropriate content files should be viewable while offline.
